“Oh, come on, Seokjin. Its Christmas law!” She couldn’t help but whine as she spoke, lightly shaking the piece of mistletoe she was hanging above his head. “If you’re caught underneath the mistletoe, you have to kiss. Its law!” A small smile broke out across her lips as she stared at him, her head tilting to the side. “So since I saw the mistletoe, I’ll kiss you to make it easier.” Jaeko nodded once, waiting just a few moments to see his reaction before she leaned in and pecked his cheek, covering her smile afterwards with her hand. “Merry Christmas!”

★: Who inspires them
“Well…” she began a bit shyly, a small smile forming across her lips. It wasn’t the first time she had been asked this question, but she was being recorded for television this time. Jaeko dipped her head a bit, hiding her face from the MC for a moment. “Apart from my mother, obviously, I think I would say…Jennifer Lopez inspires me in the English world. She grew up in a bad area and had no connections, but she worked hard and managed to become one of the top artists and actresses in today. That’s amazing. As for a Korean inspiration, it would definitely have to be Lee Hyori. The way she pulls off so many different images while still being down to earth in real life is beautiful. I love that she supports a vegan lifestyle and sponsors animal shelters. She’s a beautiful person inside and out.” The MC nodded at her response and turned back to the camera, a smile on his lips. “Oh, I think I said too much for an answer, I’m sorry!” Jaeko laughed and held a hand up to cover her mouth, eyes practically disappearing as she smiled.

☠: Their worst nightmare.
“Jennifer..” the doctor began, pausing after the woman’s name to make sure he had her attention. “I’m sorry to inform you but…your mother has passed away. The cancer had spread to her internal organs and there was nothing we could do to save her. I’m sorry.” Those five words were swirling around her head the entire time the doctor spoke, and her eyes were wide with horror. ‘Your mother has passed away' repeated like a broken record inside her brain, constantly reminding her of what just happened. This was all just a terrible joke, right? It had to be. There was no way her loving mother was no longer here, this was just all a super terrible joke that she was supposed to find funny. But judging by the doctor’s face… it wasn’t a joke. Jaeko slumped to her knees as a broken sob escaped her throat, tears streaming from her eyes. This isn’t what she had wanted to happen on her visit to the states. She knew her mother had been in the hospital to receive treatment, but she didn’t think it was this bad. There’s no way this was real, no way this was reality. If only she could wake up.
And then she did.
Jaeko sat up straight in her bed with a loud gasp, tears streaming down her face just like in her dream. No, just like in her nightmare. She grasped at her bed sheets as her heart continued to race, squeezing her eyes shut to try and erase the nightmare from her memory. That was just absolutely awful. How was she supposed to go back to sleep after that?
